Deposits and Withdrawals
How to Deposit?
It’s important to note that deposits, withdrawals and other account management can only occur from the Client Portal and not the MetaTrader App.
We also advise using the Client Portal instead of the VT Market App directly.
1. You have already created a Client Portal with your account registration.
If you are not able to login. Please reset your Client Portal password by clicking on “Forgotten Password” in the Client Portal login. Keep this new Client Portal password safe and secure with you
2. Click on Funds – Deposit Funds
Note: The Brokerage Firm is a regulated entity who holds your deposits. TFA do not have access to deposit or withdraw.
3. Select your preferred Deposit Method
4. Enter your amount and confirm the account number to deposit into
We recommended a starting deposit of £2000+
5. Upon successful deposit, you will see the equity amount.
This will be your deposit amount + Deposit Bonus amount.
You will receive emails to confirm these as well.
How to Withdraw?
1. Click on Client Portal Link
2. Click on Withdraw Funds
3. Select the Account number and withdrawal amount.
You may confirm the amount with TFA, to ensure current active positions are not affected by the withdrawal.
4. Withdrawals up to the deposit amount are required to be returned to the original depositing method.
You can track the withdrawal amount through the Manage credit cards.
You can ignore the currency sign, it will always be in the currency you opened the account.
